The Doctoral Program in Environmental Science, Graduate School of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), conducted a Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) session for its students on Monday, March 17, 2025. Held virtually, the event was attended by the Head of the Study Program, the Quality Assurance Coordinator, and all doctoral students. The main objective of this activity was to monitor and assess students’ academic progress throughout their study period.
(Documentation of the Activity)
The monitoring and evaluation session served not only to track students’ progress but also to provide a platform for them to communicate any challenges or obstacles encountered during their study. This activity plays a crucial role in ensuring that every student receives adequate academic and non-academic support. To facilitate this, the program provided a structured feedback form where students were invited to report their study targets, achievements, difficulties, and suggestions for improvement. The submitted information became an important reference for the study program in providing constructive feedback and tailored academic guidance.
