YOGYAKARTA, January 7, 2026 – The Graduate School has officially appointed a new lineup of study program administrators for the 2026–2031 term. This strategic step is part of an initiative to strengthen academic governance and ensure the continuity of high educational standards. Through these appointments, the institution reaffirms its commitment to solidifying academic management sustainability and enhancing the global competitiveness of its graduates.

A new chapter has begun within the leadership structure of the Master’s Program in Environmental Science. The leadership relay has officially passed from Prof. Dr. Ig. L. Setyawan Purnama, M.Si., to Dr. Sudayatno, M.Si., who will serve as the Head of the Program for the 2026–2031 period. Dr. Sudayatno’s appointment is regarded as a vital move to maintain the momentum of achievements established during the previous term.

Simultaneously, the Doctoral Program in Environmental Science will continue under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Drs. Eko Haryono, M.Si. He will extend his service as the Head of the Program until 2031. This continuity aims to strengthen the consistency of doctoral education development, which is oriented toward producing academic contributions that remain relevant to the dynamic needs of sustainable development.

The appointment of these program administrators is also a tangible manifestation of the institution’s support for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4: Quality Education.
