Comprehensive Examination Requirements

Applicants must upload the following documents:

Approved Proposal Manuscript

Proposal manuscript (MS Word version)
Proposal manuscript (PDF version)
Approved presentation slides (MS PowerPoint)

Other Supporting Documents (PDF):

Proof of registration (Screenshot of active status in Simaster)
TOEFL certificate
Academic Potential Test (TPA) certificate
Study Plan Card (KRS)
Academic transcript from the previous semester
Approval Page / Examination Proposal Form (available in the Thesis Writing Guidelines Book)

Comprehensive Examination Implementation

The examination schedule will be arranged by the Academic Services Management.
The examination is conducted as an open examination.
Students must wear a white shirt, black trousers/skirt, and the university blazer (jas almamater) during the examination.

Revision After the Comprehensive Examination

Revisions must be completed within the timeframe specified in the examination result.
Students must complete the Revision Approval Sheet (download format).
Students must submit the revised final manuscript, including the revision approval sheet, to: ilmulingkungan.pasca@ugm.ac.id

Thesis Examination Requirements

Thesis manuscript (MS Word version)
Thesis manuscript (PDF version)
Approved presentation slides (MS PowerPoint)

Other Supporting Documents (PDF):

Proof of registration (Screenshot of active status in Simaster)
TOEFL certificate
Academic Potential Test (TPA) certificate
Study Plan Card (KRS)
Academic transcript from the previous semester
Comprehensive Examination Attendance Card (must have attended at least 5 examinations)
Turnitin similarity report (maximum 20% similarity)
Approval Page / Examination Proposal Form (available in the Thesis Writing Guidelines Book)
