The registration for the Comprehensive Examination and Thesis Defense is conducted through http://ugm.id/DaftarUjianIL

with the following requirements:

1. Thesis/Proposal Manuscript (MS Word version)

2. Thesis/Proposal Manuscript (PDF version)

3. Presentation File (MS PowerPoint)

4. Supporting Documents (PDF), consisting of:

   • Examination Proposal Form (available in the Thesis Writing Guidelines)

   • Basic Competency and English Proficiency Test Results

   • Study Plan (KRS) and Academic Transcript (KHS)

   • Proof of Registration / Tuition Payment (UKT)

   • Attendance Proof for the Comprehensive Examination (Yellow Card)

   • Proof of Journal Submission (required only for Thesis Defense registration)

• Application for Tuition Fee Exemption Certificate for Thesis Defense/Graduation Assessment Requirements

• Upload Graduation Assessment Documents
